My cousin Anna got married!!

I'm old.

Jeremy and I spent this past weekend digging up all the grass/weeds in our small yard in preparation for the (sweet, sweet) sod. We are partially doing this project because our small yard looks really "natural" (aka it is overgrown with weeds and there are only small patches of decent weed-free grass) and it is home to many creepy crawly creatures and I know that manicured yards can be equally creepy but it's kind of nice to have good-looking grass to walk barefoot on. The real reason we are doing this is that we (especially Jeremy) like to garden and it's nice to get outside in the sun and get some exercise.

Are you all hearing this? I totally sound like an old fogue. (A jive talking "fogue".)

And now Anna goes and gets herself married!!! (Congratulations again, by the way!) Even though she is pretty much my age, I totally remember when she was *this big*!

Wow.

So this weekend my family is having a reunion and I will be absent. I wish I could go, for real. Those things are whack, but in a fun and amusing way.

Hey, guess what else? After paying 5300 NTD (about $250 or so USD) to get our fridge and bedroom AC fixed, we moved back up to the bedroom and slept there in the nice cool AC for 2 days and then it broke again. Ah well. Back to the rompass room.

Lastly...
